I am an ordinary teenager who one day decided to change something in his life. It all started with a simple desire to become a better version of myself. And this journey continues to this day. I am not an expert, a champion or a superhero. But I work hard on myself, and everything I learn I share here.

Why am I doing this?
Because I know how it feels when everything around you seems complicated. When you feel weak, unsure, lost. And how important it is to hear: "You can do it. Just take a small step." I want to be that voice for someone. Maybe it's you.
